ESTRELLA ‘06

The Spartan Warband acquitted themselves with honor and distinction; fielding nearly 60 armored hoplites!

The Spartans fought with both sides: Friday with Artemesia; Saturday with Caid!

Thanks to all who made the long march to the deserts of the far south to uphold the glory of the Lamda!

PENNSIC ‘06

Twenty-five Spartan hoplites made the trek to Pennsic this year! Though few in number, it is fair to say we got more than our share of compliments!

In one battle, the Spartans met and destroyed three separate fighting groups before finally dying to a man! After the battle, the commander of the opposing site came over to Your-Ever-Loving-Basileus and commented: “You Spartans fight like TIGERS!”
